I smell sarcasm.

This seems pretty pathetic by the insurance company. What's sad, is it's the dupe that falls for it who needs a good job and training the most.

Too bad our public education system keeps putting out fodder for these sorts of companies.

If you have no insurance selling background, you will work hard and not make much money - if you are a good salesperson, you should shoot for something you can make more $$ at - think of the average shopper at Wal-Mart and how interested they are in insurance - most of them have no savings (why do you think they liked the layaway option). Easier to sell to people with disposable income.

You've got to be kidding me!? You are further going to degrade and humiliate the employees and customers of Wal-Mart by selling overpriced, insurance... And I would NEVER pay upfront for anything unless you are a gamblin' man at heart. Good luck!

Any job that asks for money to train you doesn't sound like a good deal.

You have to pay for training??? Why? I think if they want to hire you, they would pay for training. I would pass, this sounds like a sham.

You can't run away fast enough from any job that asks you to put up money from your own pocket.

Don't do it.

It is a good deal if you can sell. A lot of paperwork though.
