Pull him aside and ask him to tone it down as the girls are getting ready to walk away from the team. Explain exactly what it is he needs to change and if this doesn't work-- have everyone sign a petition to the league asking for a new coach and state the reasons why. If he's not receptive to your criticism then tell him you'll petition the league.
Be tactful- be nice and most of all-- good luck on a successful season!!!

your biggest Battle this season is not on the pitch but off of it with the gaffer! the manager is in the wrong job. maybe he knows about football but to be a good manager you also need people management skills. your manager needs to be able to get the best from every player in the team as individuals as well as a group. by treating the team in this way does not work as he will just make the team under perform. People get in to sports for enjoyment confidence fun and to be inspired. Your manager is destroying the team and if you just talk to him he may change his ways but for how long? The team should show how strong they can be as a unit and revolt against the manager, so you can go on and forward with your team.
good luck for the season

Tell the manager first that he/she is being over the top with insults. That it won't make the team better. The captain should be the one to say this.If he/she won't change and back down then get together with the team and start to ingore .Depending on the age group of your team you can go to the parent's and let them know.

Well first, you've got to show the results. Use his insults as a motivator, to spur you girls to get good results. The most important thing is that you've got to be satisfied with your work on the pitch.
I'm sure your team has a higher person than him. Tell that person, your feelings and that of your team-mates.

Try and just deal with it. His B.S. will only make you stronger. Play for the team and yourself. Focus on your teammates for strength and direction. His treatment will only make all of you closer. A mutiny will only make things worse.
