they are small things on the sole of my foot. They arent blisters or callouses i know what they are. They appear in wee clusters and if i pop them water comes out just like a blister. They are not warts or veruccas. Neither are they blisters or callouses.

i'm pretty sure its not trench foot lol. Its doesnt cause me pain or anything i just wanna know what it is lol. I think it might be athletes foot(although i thought this made you itch) my feet get sweaty during the day at work and i'm at the gym most nights so it is probs that.

Cheers for your answers

If they are really small (about 1mm diameter) then it could be athletes foot mate, get some powder for it, and stay away from the public swimming pools. ;)

They swell quite big and you cant help but scratch them. After they have burst they scab over and the watery-type blisters appear near the scabs. they spread around the softer parts of your feet, between toes etc, but hardly ever on the harder parts of your feet. After a while they can erupt on your fingers just as they appear on the feet. These can also turn to scabs. You think the infection has gone, could be months later, but it can erupt a month or two later with a vengeance. All types of foot powder are useless, giving brief rest bite but little else.
Hard to believe this mate but it is an old infection from soldiers who served in WW1. The old guys who stood, slept and lived in the trenches. The only cure they got was going over the top and never coming back. Only this highly contagious foot infection lived on in the stagnant trenches. It is making a come back in communal showers. Places like gyms, care homes, hospitals and similar set-ups. There is no cure, only light relief.
I bought Manuka Honey. It worked for twelve months. One morning I woke with it all over my feet and lower ankles. The pain immense. I dreamt of amputation. The honey applied, it brought some calm.
5 years down the line I have no cure. I avoid swimming baths, holiday swimming pools, showers at gyms.
Its a silent menace, one which I don't wish to share.

Hi blisters are white and filled with water when you pop them, but veruccas are black and like holes and if you squeeze them may produce water. But if it is neither of these it could be athletes foot, i know when ive had athletes foot the spots are purple not black and itch like crazy and hurt if they burst. If its nonw of these then i would go to the doctors as it could be something else. Also stop touching then as you may spread them to other areas of your body and you dont want that.

Blisters? You get them if your shoes rub on your feet too much. Don't make the water come out or it will hurt more. Just cover it with a band-aid and it will go away in a few days.

Blisters.

They can be caused by your shoe rubbing against your foot, running, a burn....

Don't pop them thats for sure. That makes the bacteria get in there and it will get infected. That water that is in there, is suppose to be in there to help it heal. It will stay for about a week and be gone. Just try to ignore it. I know it's insanely uncomfortable and yes it hurts. But it'll take longer to heal if you mess with it. Try using some aloe on it.

A callous or blister. They are from excessive rubbing on an area. They go away if you try to reduce the pressure to that area and on their own in time.
