Disability and/or physical deformity is no reason to treat anyone differently....so the question should be, "why do we think we have to treat someone differently because of disibility or deformity. It just shows how superficial we are as people.

I would treat them with the same dignity and respect I give to others without the disability or deformity. A physical characteristic or even a mental one does not make a person more or less human.

The same way I would treat anyone else...with respect and dignity. They are just people too and like being treated like regular people instead of being stared at and pitied. Of coure, if I see a person in need, I try to help such as opening doors for them, etc.

I treat all people the same.I hold a door for a person that can walk or a person with a wheelchair.I have a disabled son that gets treated just like his non-disabled sister.
