I checked in my handbook of home remedies and found that eating a lot of string beans adds a special enzyme to your body that focuses on entended length, or in your case, height. So, I recommend that you eat string beans with every meal. Do not over cook the beans for fear of destroying the very enzyme you desire to get more of into your system.

Several wives tales come to mind involving the way you sleep and possible growth, also.

1.) Sleep with your lower legs hanging down off of the bed. That will encourage them to lengthen. Never sleep
standing up. The period of sleeping is also the most abundant time of human body growth, and muscle replenishment. During such periods you must have all possible weight removed from your frame. Standing or sitting up during sleep would, of course, violate that very principle. So, you need to avoid that at all times, or you might begin to regress.

2.) Do not wear hats or helmets. Any extra weight on your head will add to the pressure pushing you down farther and farther into a shorter person.

3.) Always stand on one leg when you urinate to keep from getting urine on both legs. Urine will stunt the growth of most any tissue as is easily seen in plants and garden vegetables which are urinated upon by yard dogs, horses, and barnyard goats.

4.) Only wear white socks. Allow your feet to air out for several hours each day so that they can breathe. Few living things can reach their full maturity without a plentiful supply of fresh air.

5.) Avoid standing or wading in salt water. Salt, even
sea salt is known to kill most tissue. In your particular situation, you desire to grow more tissue. Only common sense, right?

6.) Last, but not least, your feet and legs are a long way from your heart. So you need to increase the ability of your heart to pump oxygen enriched blood to those extremities. Therefore, i would add a generous amount of garlic to each and every meal. Garlic is an excelent food for the heart muscle. I cannot recall any articles suggesting that there was some point at which you had ingested "to much" garlic.

Good Luck and Happy Growing.

Very possibly....

I've heard that guys grow for 3-5 years after their voice changes....

Supposedly girls grow until they're 18, or 4 years after their period...

My father however was 5'6" at 19 when he joined the marines and at basic he grew 5 inches!

an old friend of the family was 5'8'' her whole teenage and early adult life. She had one son, and then became pregnant with her second son. During the pregnancy, she grew an inch and a half!!

So it's all dependent upon your body and your genes....If you don't grow anymore though, don't stress....that's a good height!

Good luck

Stretch your legs a lot and don't build too much muscle. Muscle restricts growth.
