If we are buried as we have been for millenium do our oils join the pools of other oils?

No, they get observed by the earth and broken into other compounds, so oils & fats in our body won't get converted into crude oil. Yes, off course crude oil is a residue of plants and animals but in huge quantity.

Well, technically we don't really have the same types of oils as, like, fossil fuels. I suppose that, after millions of years, our body mass becomes compressed into peat and coal and oil supplies, but it's not just our body oils, it's also our carbon and such.
