The fist day I got my TSX I took it to get a window tint job. I didn't notice until a couple of days later that they had made a couple of small stains on my leather. I have already tried a couple of products, nothing seems to work. It has to be like some really strong chemicals they used. Any one have any good suggestions? I heard my only option would be to paint the stains over with the matching color of the leather (tan). Has anyone tried this? If so, does it work?

Try a product called "tannery" it cleans and softens the leather up!

I would definetly hold the Tint shop liable for the damage, they probably set their heat gun on it or got window cleaner on it. Heat will also make it look like a stain. I've fixed many seats for tint and stereo installation shops. Have them call a Fabrion Tech. to their store to fix it. They can locate one at Fabrion.net, It's the oldest Leather repair franchise in the country!

i think that you should talk to your insurance agent about any claim possibilities and have the tint installers pay for the cleaning at a reputable shop or if their shop does it see about having them do it for free
