I just looked at laser hair removal online and it says my skin could be damaged because I have a darker complexion and my skin could absorb too much light.

I use arbonne products ... really great based only on botanical principles .... i use their face wash to shave and my skin is dry but they help my skin stay moisturized... try them .... and maybe you could ask for samples. they are at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com my skin stays soft and shinny and looks healthy not flaky ....

Waxing is the most painful, but lasts longer and leaves excellent results! *about $45-$75 depending on if you live in a major city as well as how much hair needs to be trimmed, then waxed! Shaving is the quickest and cheapest, but the hair grows back so fast! *less than $5 for razors and shaving cream Hair Removing cream smells horrible but the results are pretty good. *about $5 I say go for shaving, just to try it! You may not like how your legs look without hair and if you don't like it the hair will grow back fast enough. If you do like it, try either waxing or the hair removal cream. HOPE THIS HELPS!

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Waxing. You won't feel any stubble for at least 2 weeks.
