I've been leading a community group for junior high/high school kids for about 2 years now. We do community service events and the like. Our group is large and I became overwhelmed and asked the board that oversees the group's activities for some help. Two people stepped forward and have done a great job helping out. A third person, however, has recently wanted to become more involved with the kids. He wants to attend all our events and be a person that the kids will talk to if they need help. He never married, is older, a church man and works for a computer company. Sounds good, but I just don't think a man of his age should be hanging around kids this age. That aside, I can't shake the feeling that there is something else wrong with this guy. Intuition? Irrationality?

I think that you should keep the man at a distance. It sounds kind of creepy that he wants to hang out with you, but he also might be going through a mid-life crisis. If you do not feel comfortable around this guy, try avoiding him. Or tell the members of the board that you do not feel comfortable around this guy, and explain to them why.

Its called being empathic. Believe it or not 97 percent of the world's population is empathic. My advice to you is, check this person out further. Dig a little deeper, if a bell is ringing in your head something is up, guess what, there is.

I KNOW EXACTLY that feeling !!

I call it a sixth sense. If I get that feeling around certain individuals, I quickly limit my time with them and let my family know how I feel. They know I get these feelings and they heed my concern.

Keep you eyes and ears open but do not pass judgment upon this person. It could be a harmless situation but with your feelings as they are, always keep your awareness keen and in tune!

Happy Tuesday !

Intuition. I would listen to it. I get weird feelings about people like that, and 90 % of the time, my feeling is right. I would go with your intuition.

give it to God. He fixes everything. If you make a decision based on what you truly think God wants, you wont be wrong.
