We all have favorite teams and favorite players, and we also have LEAST favorites! I want to know who your least favorite teams are (is this based on their ability? Their players). Also, which players do you dislike and why? Make it fun, people, for the best answer! :)

I don't really dislike any teams. I'm not a big fan of seeing the Yankees win all the time, but I'd love my team to be run well enough to win every year. I know money has a great deal to do with it, but you can't fault a guy like Steinbrenner for doing what it takes to win.
As for individual players, I've got a few:
Barry Bonds - too many reasons to list
A.J. Pierzynski - cocky attitude, and a complete ***, even according to teammates
Mike Mussina - too "me-first," criticizes his teammates, and treats fans and the media as annoyances
All the "hustling white guys" who get so much love from the media because they're "scrappy," like Erstad, Freel, Podsednik, etc.

Other than all the steroid users I'd have to say without a doubt, Pedro Martinez. He's a dirt ball of the largest order. Yes, his win-loss record is pretty impressive but this guy couldn't go 9 innings if his life depended on it. He's a five maybe 6 inning pitcher at best but the real problem is his big mouth. He's a punk, plain and simple. I wish ole' Don Zimmer could have decked him in the 2003 playoffs!! Imagine knocking down an old man like that????

I hate the Cardinals- all of them! I especially can't stand Chris Duncan. He's only on that team because his daddy is the pitching coach and LaRussa's best friend. I also hate the White Sox. Their individual players (except A.J.) are not terrible, I just hate the team and also hate Ozzie Guillen because he constantly runs his mouth and is an idiot!
One individual player I don't like is Rafael Furcal of the Dodgers for two reasons: 1) He did not sign with the Cubs last offseason. 2) He is the one who collided with Derrek Lee causing him to break his wrist and miss most of the season.

I have dearly hated the Yankees since 1961 and will always hate the Yankess. I am not fond of East Coast or West Coast teams because they always seem to get the most publicity even if other teams are doing well or are better.
Barry Bonds has to be the worst thing going for baseball in general. He may be as good as he looks even if he didn't take the drugs but to not admit to it pisses me off when he so clearly took them!

my least favorite teams are: The padres, ugh, cant stand them!!! & the Giants.
least favorite players: (in no particular order)
1. Ryan Klesko - (actually, the whole pads organization)
2. Barry Bonds - too many reasons to name
3. Pedro Martinez- ever since he got that coach from the yankees, don't remember his name, the elderly bald one, grabbed him by his head & threw him down. too sad
4. Albert Pujols - personally I think he thinks he's all that
5. Moises Alou - just dont like him
I know there's a few more but I cant think of them right now.

I don't like the term hate, that's a waste of energy. It's not the players that I dislike, it's fans that have just started getting into baseball and have been to a couple of games and claim to be authorities on the subject that irritate me.

I personally do not like baseball. I feel that a guy getting paid that much money should at the least take a good body shot on the way to the base.
