Oh, yes they very much do! Like the one living inside you! Sometimes you feel haunted by your thoughts and dreams or desires and fantasies, and then at times feel you have shivers of cold in the summer and sweats in the winter, and if you do then you should know that a ghost is inside you, feeling what you have felt just about now. But there is no need to be alarmed as yours can very well be a friendly ghost. It can live with you as you without you ever realising any difference between you and the ghostly you – this can be very cool. Besides, your ghost can put you in touch with other ghosts in your area. For only ghosts can do this, as only ghosts can know where other ghosts reside, or place they haunt for that matter. Now I am not being funny here. What I have revealed to you is true, strange but true – just a different way to look at things. For this is the way of the ghost, and now you can guess how am I?

I believe that they exist. I don't think they can hurt you in any way, but they exist. For example there is the Holy Spirit, that is ghost type , right?! And sometimes when you feel the cold areas in a hot room, I believe there may be ghost there, but I watch Ghost Hunters alot, so I'm kinda persuaded! But I do believe in the Holy Spirit!

it's more a matter of do you believe in ghosts? isn't it?

people want proof if someone says that they do exist.

Here's my example. You don't have to see something to know it exisits - microwaves (not the thing to cook your food in) and sound waves - we know they're there but we cannot see them. so why don't we doubt if these things exist ??

"Seeing is believing" is a term people use when they're too narrow minded to accept something on the basis of having no visual evidence.

I personally do believe in ghosts, but not everyone can see them. i stayed at what is reputedly the most hauted house in Britain "Chingle Hall". Me and a few friends stayed the night for charity, and although we didn't see anything we certainly felt there was something creepy about the palce. the only evidence we got was a few orbs we caught in photographs and on video.
It's not to say the hall wasn't haunted, just that no-one in our group could see them. My friend felt something touch her when nobody was sat anywhere near her!

So although i'm a believer, i can fairly say i have some reservations as i've not seen anything for myself!

I hope my babbling was inciteful enough...

Ghosts exist. These are spiritual being that prefer not to have a body. A body can be painful. Maybe the spiritual being is confused so wanders around rather than go into oblivion.

Estraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Have you noticed that with the advent of camcorders and digital cameras, that the number of ghost sightings have decreased dramatically?

Paranormal events are alleged phenomena that are not subject to scientific or rational explanation. The world of the Supernatural is the arena of astrology, the paranormal, UFOs, clairvoyance, faith healing, spirits, near death experiences, witchcraft, dowsing, reincarnation: An endless list of man’s excursion into the world of irrationality, flimflam, and superstition.

Like any other beings in this planet they don't want to be bother but I do believe they're out there. Just like, aliens and santa claus...Just believe in your heart...

Like everything else, ghosts also can exist. Why not? If you can believe in god, stars, self and after birth, why not ghosts?

I feel that when one dies, one's spirit still goes on. And these spirits are popularly called ghosts. But in concepts of Spiritual Healing, there are various kinds of spirits that are around us.

The ones who get attached to their near and dear ones /property.

The ones who had traumatic deaths e.g. murdered, accidental / sudden death, suicides etc

The ones who don't know that they are dead

The ones who stay behind to guide some living being.

There are also those who are enlightened and guide people who are open to their guidance, consciously or subconsciously.

Also, there are thoses spirits who like to trouble living beings.

I think, ghosts are just like any living being; only they don't have a physical existence. They can be as nasty, as nice, as helpful, as hurtful, as any human can be.

1: those who believe in ghosts are being scared and childish, there is no such thing as ghosts.
2: those who do not believe in ghosts are fooling themselves and are not letting themselves see the truth

you decide which one you are willing to believe, coz it seems like weér always wrong about ghosts, no matter what ;)

No. I'm perfectly happy to have this disproven to me but so far not even Derek Acorah has been able to do that. Sherlock Holmes said, "the world is full enough. No ghosts need apply." Quite.
