I have these suggestions...
+ Create a brochure explaining your business.
+ Plan a party for free for a friend to add to your porfolio.
+ Research some local event planning companies.
+ Start a website to use for your business.
+ Create a flyer to put up at a local store with a bulliton board.
+ Create and hand out business cards in appropriate places. Examples - kids birthday = doctors office
I will edit and add to this when I think of more.

look out for data , network and build a strong database. Or buy one from an enterpreneurship publication company.
