Please help these nimrods understand why the sec is by far the premier conference in the nation. penn st., michigan, ohio state, etc....would be lucky to go 7-4 in this powerhouse. yes, those are quality teams, don't get me wrong, but there were some douchebags on here yesterday saying that these teams would dominate the SEC, and that is simply not true. georgia, lsu, auburn, tenn, florida, albama, man, my hand aches from typing all the great teams in this conference, and to say any other conference is even REMOTELY close in talent is a joke. do your homework people, then join the ranks of the real football fans, the SEC!!!!! GO DAWGS!....by the way, ohio st. fans...ohio st. has faced sec teams 8 times in bowl games....their record...0-8!!!! i rest my case!!!

The University of Michigan is 19-5-1 all-time versus the SEC, outscoring the SEC 560-300. They are 6-3 in bowl games versus the SEC. Too bad Michigan isn't in the SEC, they'd breeze through that schedule.

Im not an SEC fan because Im from South Texas so you know who I'm supporting but I'm still going to give the SEC more props than any other conference in the NCAA. I wouldnt raise them on this huge pedestal that they are unbeatable becase Auburn has played some close games and so has Georgia (see the game against Colorado). Big 10 has some good teams in OSU and Michagan but Penn St. is no longer that great. SEC is the better conference by far.....at this point in the year. If Florida makes it through their brutal remaining season, watch out because it could get really good in January.

Being a fan of both the SEC and the Big Ten yes they are two of the premiere conferences in the nation but you you say that the Big Ten Does not come close to the talent but then why does the Big Ten have two of the front runners for the Heisman ie Troy Smith and Anthony Gonzales of OSU,plus the Big Ten does have the same type of fans as the SEC,but at least you got one thing right

you have a good point but the only problem is that the scheduling makes too many prime matchups in one season compared to the Big Ten and Big 12. Although I'm from Hawaii the SEC is the best conference in the land

There are at least 6 schools in the league that could beat OSU on any field, any day. The fact that the SEC isn't respected everywhere as the best conference in the country is a travesty and proof that most football experts are brain dead! SEC! SEC! SEC!

I would love to see the "All Star" team from the Big Ten try to run all over the SEC defense (Hello? LSU!!!!). The SEC teams are BY FAR the best players. Yea, Ohio State is an awesome team, HOWEVER they would not be ranked nearly as high as they are if they were playing SEC teams. Stop the denial and face reality!!!

I am a massive Buckeyes fan, i love them and i love the Big 10. But the SEC is easily the best conference in the country. Although, the Bucks are the best team in the country and would still go undefeated in the SEC, but i stand corrected, i thought it over and the SEC is the best, but the big 10 is on their heels and the Bucks are still #1.
Yes, thats right, I Love my SEC brothers,
sincerely,
Matt

We are all DUMBER for reading your question. No where in your incoherent babbling did you form a semblence of a logical thought. Auburn, and Florida the only big names, everyone else is over-rated. You are just crying because the teams in the SEC are beating up on each other, and when it is said and done your team (probably Georgia) won't be in a BCS bowl game.
