Unfortunately via propaganda from several sources, especially media, the week of mind are easily manipulated due to most humans greatest weakness, of which is gullibility. The puppet masters, of whom represent us via secret societies, government, religious branches, and big business... know this, thus the world populace suffers, as the rich get smarter and richer, and the poor get dumber and poorer, thus this is the answer to your, how to...? And yes it's not only possible, but probable, as it's been done throughout history., and yes it's exactly as a Dictator, however bear in mind that every human is their own little dictator, and has their own concept of how they want the world to be.

You can NEVER change the way someone else thinks or lives life. You can help to advise them in the right direction, but it's up to that person if they'll use it or lose it. Yes, it's dictator's that tell people how to live, unless you're a parent with a child under the age of 18 that still lives at home with you.

yes, you can change someone's way of living, but someone's way of thinking can probably only be changed by some new insight, often regained through a terrible ordeal of some kind.
no, saying that a certain way of living is better for someone is giving advise, as you are not forcing it upon them and not punishing them when they don't follow your advise, you are not a dictator, merely someone giving advise.

The only way to change someone else is to change yourself.
Years ago, I wanted my man to say "I love you" more often, so I started saying it to him more. It worked.
I wanted to get my man to come more quickly when I called him, so when he did, I created a positive reinforcement for his good behavior: a kiss. He began to associate my call with goodness.
Yes, it's a simple idea. But it is true in practice.

You can't do that everybody has the right to have their own way of living and thinking, weather we like it or not and even if this person is right or wrong, s/he must get aware of its pro and cons.

U just cant change someone in something u want him/her to be in ur imaginations....its a part of our genetic codes...ur doomed when u change someone...especially women....they want to change their man in in mr perfect...but there is no mr perfect...they want u to dress different...take another job...and all that other bullshit changes.
dont change something/someone when ur happy in the current situation or relationship
cause !!!
if u mess with alterations, if u pull the wrong one, everything will fall apart.

If you can't convince them with well thought-out and persuasive language, you can always try pounding the crap out of them.
On the other hand, if you can't persuade them, then maybe you should examine your own premises.
