Sales would definitely drop, as the majority of Sun readers do not buy it for the in depth stories!
The questions should be, why is there a Page 3 girl in a paper? Why is is not put on the top shelf?

Because they are probably biased against flat chested girls, the reason why they do not print them is because men will possibly not be as interested in looking at them as page three models have always been big breasted. This is sheer sexism and categorisation as well as feminism

On an evolutionary standpoint, woman with a high hip to waist ratio (big hips, little waist) are popular due to apparent reproductive ability. Large breasts are part of the same basic mentality.
The idea is flat chested women would have difficulty in supporting a child (gutrot - chest size has nothing to do with it)

This is also the reason that all the girls they choose are young and 'pretty.' They are also likely to be airbrushed.
One should consider whether the proliferation of soft-pornography in the media is degrading to women. Does it cause a perception of women as sex objects, rather than as humanity?
