Yes and no. With human doctors there's always a chance of errors and robots might be able to assist the surgeons in their tasks. However, robots may malfunction, so it remains to be seen if it will be a success.

I have no problems with it at all -- robots are simply lending a hand with the menial aspects of the operation, not making life-and-death decisions about the patient....
