I've got six piercings in my left ear and one on the right. Also got my clit pierced. Most painful was the cartilage (ear) piercing.

Ones that I use: 3. The 2 bottom ones and one at the top of the ear. (I could still use these but don't -- four in right ear, 4 in left ear with three at the bottom and 1 at the top.)
The most painful was the initial ones. My favorite is the top one. No one expects me to have that. If I tuck my hair behind my ear, people who've known me for years will ask "is that new?" It's funny.

8 piercings...all in my ears...2 holes have since grown out...so now I have 2 in my left ear and 4 in my right....the most painful ones were my lobe piercings...strangely not the 2 at the top of my ear...

Before I got pregnant, I had my tongue, my belly button, my ears, and the top of my ear pierced...the top of the ear hurt the most. When I found out I was pregnant, I took all of them out, except the normal ear piercings, my tongue healed the quickest.

I have both ears pierced.Neither piercing was painful.

I only have 2, my ears. I am planning to have my navel (belly button) pierced though. That one will be my favorite and probably the most painful one.

two in left ear, one in right
both nostrils
tongue
septum
left nipple
they are all removed currently, and the septum still hasn't closed after several years.
my favorite piercing, that i never got around to getting, is the labrette. it just looks really cool with the right jewelry.
my fav that i have had has to be the tongue ring. once you get used to it and it doesn't affect your speech, it is really functional. (you know what i mean.)

Both palms and my feet are pierced, as is my side. The piercing of my side hurt the most. Not because of the physical pain, but because my robe was new.

Not a single one...not even to my ears. Tried years ago (twice) but my skin is so sensitive and gets infected even with wearing solidd gold or hypo-allergenic jewelry...that I just can't have any piercings.

2: ears. They were incredibly painful since I'm a big baby. I'd like to get a tattoo of a dragon on my back one day. Will need plenty of scotch that day.

My ears are pierced and so is my right nipple.None of them hurt.I was drunk when I got the nipple piercing,I was feeling no pain.
