I accidently bounced a check for a brake job on a van that I once owned. The check was turned over to the State Attourney's office and now there is an arrest warrant out for me.

I think maybe you should try to contact the State Attorney's office to arrange payment. It always looks better for you to contact them than to wait till you get pulled over for not using a blinker and get arrested. It'll save you bail money too. As far as I know, there is no statute of limitations though. And if there is a statute of limitations, you obviously haven't reached it yet since you have a warrant out for your arrest.

statute of limitations is generally 2 years, check with an attorney
