it is a software tool which block's unwanted advertisement window's , when u type a key word it allow's only that site not any other.

popup blockers is a small software use to block the popups.. this is used because that popus leads us to unweanted websites that contain Virues, Trojan and other useless site.. : P

exactly what it sounds like.........it's a program (alot of times it's built in to your toolbar) that blocks pop-ups from popping up on your computer.
there are tons of companies that off it, like google, yahoo, and msn.
