Hey sweetie! I use the same machine at the gym as jogging is really stressful on the knees. I usually work out about 30 minutes on it before I do crunches and weights.

Personally I don't like gym equipment, The Tae-Bo work out does me justice. Anyone can do it, you don't have to strain or anything. It's like an all natural workout, ladies you won't bulk up, you'll still have a lady like fugure, just toned.

It is a tie between my elliptical and my rowing machine. The rowing machine is easier, but I get a better workout from my elliptical.

Mine is my personal trainer....she has got a butt I want to eat my breakfast off (and have on more than one occasion, although she will not thank me for telling you)

Free weights. I enjoy weight training more than cardio and you can see the results much faster.
