Here in Guadalajara, we've had rain 6 days out of every 7 since the middle of July, just brief thunder showers, but enough to make it chilly. I'm still sleeping with two blankets on my bed, in central Mexico, in summer.

Here in New England we had too much rain in the late spring/early summer - lots of flooding, farmers planeted their crops late if at all. The summer was fairly mild, maybe a tad cooler than normal, but not what I would call unusual. Our fall has been normal so far.

In the UK, the weather has been very unusual this year. Normally, if you don't like the weather here, you just wait an hour because it will change. But this year we had long periods (like weeks) of either hot and dry or cool and wet.

My house was hit by a tornado! It's not really that unusual, seeing as how I live in West Tennessee, but it still sucked all the same!!
