I'm sorry that some people always have to be smart asses. However, you if you are seeing the No Signal Message from your monitor, it means that it is not getting a signal from your PC. i would check the video cable, make sure it is still plugged and srewed in. Try unplugging it and replugging it. if that does nto work, you may need to replace the video card on your PC. If the card is on the motherboard, then you will have to get another card to put in it's place and make sure that in the BIOS (CMOS) that you can edit this setting to turn off the onboard video. if you simply have a video card seperate form the mother board, just get a comparable replacement and install per the instructions and this should resolve your issue.

Here are the basic things that would cause that message....
1) The cable is bad.
2) The cable is not connected properly to the monitor.
3) The cable is not connected properly to the video card.
4) The video card is not connected correctly to the motherboard.
5) The video card went bad.
6) The motherboard went bad.
7) RAM is not connected.

no signal means the monitor is not getting any information from the tower. it could be as simple as a loose connection or a bad video card. more serious problems would involve the motherboard, but you should hear a series of beeps from the tower if there was a motherboard issue.

Check,
1. The data cable connection from PC to Monitor
2. Video card
3. RAM (once worked for me, by removing one module)

Waite let me take a dump and I will get back to ya! Ahh better. Ok if you are not getting any beep sounds then I would get a new Video card unless its inter-grated then still get one put it in the PCI slot or AGP if you have one.

Then you wont see this answer LOL - could be many things, check the cord to the pc and make sure its in nice and tight. It could be your video card. This is what happened to me and it was the video card.
