Internet IQ tests are junk. Try the Stanford-Binet. That'll give you a standardized score that will be meaningful for comparison purposes.

It may be good but since internet tests are not administered under controlled conditions, their results may be less valid than those from a traditionally administered test. For instance, the computer doesn't know how long you took on each qustion, whether you gave your valid age, or if you researched the questions before answering them.(I'm not accusing you specifically of cheating but the door is open for those that might.) If you controlled those and other variables and your score is valid, it is in fact a good score. Hope this helps!

It's quite ok for an Internet IQ test - they are not very reliable, you know. I've taken three different tests - 142, 148, 156. I took the tests in English although it's not my native language as I couldn't find any IQ tests in Bulgarian. They usually advise you to take such tests in your own language but the choice is really limited...

Yes, that is a good number -- I'm 134 myself (tested both on-line AND off-line, with standardized tests, same score). According to Ask Yahoo:
"That said, the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Test is the most common, and test scores usually range from 90 to 110. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the standard psychiatric reference, lists scores of 110 to 120 as "bright normal," 120 to 130 as "superior," and 130 and above as "very superior." One could reasonably equate "bright normal" with "smart," and "very superior" with "genius." "
Of course, you must remember, all this is subjective to many interpretations. Check Wikipedia for more information. Also, this score will probably allow you to join Mensa -- check the last link for their requirements.

Congratulations but I wouldn't take their results seriously, a MENSA test or others like it from established testing centres are the only way that you are going to know your IQ.

no. if it was good, it would indicate that you are very bright and your questions disproves this. :)
