We bought the IntelliGym about 4 weeks ago. All I can say is that it is a great thing. My dad saw the TV piece about it (on the intelligym site), and figured it will help me to make it to a good d-1 team. It certainly works for me. The idea is that using this special video game you can train your mind in quick decisions on the court. It looks like a simple game, but man! it got my brain sweatin'.
After 5 or 6 times I used it, I started feeling like things on the b-ball court are happening slower. I can play faster and see the game much better. Also my coach told me I'm doing much better. He asked 3 more players on our team to use it also.
It is not cheap (cost us about $100), but it sure works.
