Just buy Lestoil in the cleaning products section of a store. It also removes grease, ink, gum, tar. Rub onto the lipstick and wash.

Use a product called Exit soap it is amazing for lipstick and many other stains as well, once you use Exit you will never go back!

First, dab the stain with rubbing alcohol, gently rub dishwashing detergent on the stain with your finger. If it's a stubborn stain, try a stain stick remover and leave it on for a few minutes then wash it.
