Body aches, headaches at first, now just tired all the time. All test have come back negative: CBC, blood culture, urinalysis, chest xray, strep. Married with 3 kids, afraid of passing it on.

Could be a viral infectious, they really just have to run a course, there is nothing they can give for it.

I came down with "Rockie mountain spotted fever" (carried by ticks). It was very hard for the Dr.s to track down, The only difference was any light hurt my eyes. If your in a wooded location it might be worth looking into.
Can't tell you what test they ran but I was getting worried I'd run out of blood and samples before they found it.

A fever is usually a sign of infection. Sounds like it's a bad case of the flu. Have you been tested for mono?

Could it be west nile? It is usually not first suspected so it may take longer to diagnose.
