Charles Roberts very likely went over the edge when his premature born daughter died--and that event may've aggravated other lurking mental disorders, all of which led him to act out in a tragic and deadly fashion.

The recent Colorado school shooting, by the violent hand of a deranged child molester, may've sparked Roberts to say and do what he did. Doubts exist however any solid proof, other than heresy, that he actually did molest family members 20 or so years back---can ever be proven; we may never know the truth there.

But from what little public release there's been of the suicide note penned by Roberts, it seems he was delusional and blended the mental mirage of alleged past child molestation--used more as a cover, an excuse--for his "crutch"; a lame attempt to justify the hidden explosive rage he later unleashed.

I have no pity or sympathy for ANYONE who violently harms a child; may Roberts get his issue in Hell for what he done.

I've learned there's a fund set up for surviving Amish shooting victim and families......there's even one set up for Robert's children!!

Understandably, I carry mixed feelings about a fund set up for Robert's children; but I don't think they or Robert's surviving family deserve public outrage or scorn; they didn't know the monster inside Charlie Roberts.

Another terrible tragedy in one of America's schools. This time in an Amish school. But done by a non-amish person. Clue One.
I did a little personal investigative work here, and found some clear, and startling parallels to past homicide, where the perpetrator was using 'mind-altering' drug, to supposidly help their depressed mental state! Ha! Some of those drugs like Haldol can actually cause depression! Clue Two
Then there's the case of Andrea Pia Yates. Remember her? The mother, who appeared by all standards to be a healthy normal housewife, but suffered from depression, so her 'doctors' prescribed 'antidepressant' drugs for her to take. Put her on Haldol, one of the most powerful mind-altering drugs on the market. Yates was accused of 'methodically drowning' her five small children. Notice the word, 'methodically' for the amish school shooter was stated as being very 'methodical' he the way he sorted out the amish children. The girls from the boys.... Clue Three
Yates had been taking not one but several mind altering drugs at the same time! A 'psychopharmacological cocktail' if you will. She had been depressed over the loss of her father. The amish shooter, was said to be depressed over the loss of his little girl! Clue Four
Yates' husband testified during his wife's trial in her defense, that she had been given Effexor and Remeron at a dosage nearly twice the recommended maximum safe limit, just DAYS before she snapped! If you can call any limit safe! Clue Five
Finally, if that didn't convince you that mind altering drugs, that a perfectly legal to buy, are causing normal people to 'snap' and go bananas, then there is the case of Donald Schell. Schell was a retired oil rig worker, normal in every respect, until one day he 'snapped' and killed his wife, daughter, and granddaughter, before turning the gun on himself. Notice he had 'suicidal' tendancies as well as homicidal ones! The Cheyenne jury ruled in a 'wrongful death suit' that the evidences proved 'beyond a shadow of a doubt' that the mind altering drug 'Paxil' had caused Schell to become homicidal. A drug he had just started taking TWO days before the murders!!!
Then there's now mounting evidence coming in everyday that the artificial sweetener, 'aspartame' also known as 'Nutrasweet' shows similiar behavioral tendencies in some of its users!!!
Good night, Jesus help this DRUGGED society before we kill off each other!!!! While the drug companies laugh and rake in the BIG profits too.....

Yes, this was a terrible tragedy. But look at the BIG PICTURE.

More than 800,000 a year go missing in the U.S. Where are they?
Over 40,000 a year are killed in alcohol related car accidents. Why?
Look at all the innocents killed around the world. Iraq, Lebanon, Gaza, Darfur.

We are living in an insane world.

this could be a good question. I had an journey no longer almost as undesirable and that i elected to no longer forgive that man or woman yet to purpose to forget that man or woman. i do no longer think of the guy is entitled to forgiveness yet i'm entitled to set aside the anger in my ideas for my own earnings. My purpose replaced into to no longer spend my time and means concentrated on the incorrect-doer. those days there replaced right into a generic homicide trial regarding a baby and the relative suggested, "with any luck, God will forgive him because of the fact I have not any plans to take action." I particularly have examine that persons could paintings to advance the means to forgive, yet i'm uncertain that i will ever purchase into that. If the criminal has replaced and suffers super experience sorry approximately, then I somewhat could evaluate it.

His notes said he was doing what he did because of something that happened to him 20 years ago (he was 32). No details yet on what that was. He sent the boys and teachers out of the school and bound and shot the girls. This is the second attack on just girls at schools but the authorities believe this was being planned before the other attack took place.

It is simply horrible. I cannot even begin to imagine the terror these girls must have felt. It makes you sick doesn't it?

I don't have the whole story just yet, but I heard it had something to do with an encounter one of his children had. For some reason he wants to hurt other kids for something that happened to his child. I think that is bullshit, those children should not be punished for his brain malfunction. I hope they fry his dumb ***, he should not even be known as a human being, that's how I feel about the asshole.

yes, it was something that happened 20 years ago and he killed only girls. the police wont release the motive yet, but they did say that it was a grudge from 20 years ago. they also said that he had a baby daughter that died right after birth. at any rate there are may grieving families and my heart goes out to them.

The problem is your looking for a logical answer to illogical behavior. No matter what happened to this guy when he was younger it doesn't make up for killing 3 young girls. In his mind I'm sure he thought it made perfect sense, but clearly he was a sick man.

Weird... as I was reading this post, CNN just sent out a breaking news email with the following information...

-- "Police say that the man who shot children at an Amish school told his wife that he had molested young family members 20 years ago."

REALLY sad situation!
