That is the magic age. I just turned 32 in July and I have noticed a huge difference. It takes me two days to recover from one night out, I can't pop up from sitting on the floor anymore and forget the fast food.

But, while I may wish for the body and agility I had at 20, I wouldn't go back to that mindset for anything :)

Falling apart might be a tad too strong. Things do start slowing down some after 30. Genetics plays a much stronger role in it all than most would like to think it does. Diet and exercise will not cure all ills. That being said, no way should anyone be falling apart at 32. Go find yourself a doctor to put yourself together again.

It started last year, at 27, for me. I am not looking forward to turning 30. Sports are fun, but what they do to your body...

Sweetie I bet you look great! Yes it does get harder though as I'm 52 and exercise regularly and know what you mean.

It's downhill after you turn 40 too. I've had more medical problems this year alone than I ever have.

42 for me - I needed glasses and my hair started falling out and turning gray.

Up to that point I had convinced most people it wasn't gray - it was just the way the light was hitting me
