Most likely you won't have a period two weeks after conceiving. It's possible to be really tired, have sore breasts, and some nausea before that.

about 2 weeks. You may notice some breast/nipple tenderness or nausea, but sometimes that can be pms symptoms. Just wait until your period is due and then take a test. I've been fooled many of times by those symptoms....and didn't end up pregnant.

I am not sure, since I am myself hoping to be pregnant. However, I have learned that you can get your implanation bleeding in the first week, also the breast might get tender and sore in that week. You just have to be patient and wait for your pregnancy test.
