It would not be a very big stretch to think that he fantasizes about your sister. I think about my wife's sisters from time to time, she has several so it makes it easier.
I am not as bad as your man I would never say anything, because it is just a fantasy.
Just remember this, your husband is not related to your sister. She is just another woman to him.
