I'll assume we are talking about a pesticide? In some cases it actually becomes stronger. I would strongly recomend that you take it to your local garden centre for disposal.
Please do not dump it down the house drain, toilet or street drainage. That water ends up in fish water ways.

If it has frozen it may not be. Otherwise it should be effective for a year or 2 beyond the expiration date. If in question you can try it--if it doesn't work, buy new.

depends on how much the person weighs i would use a little more........no really yes its still good .....ive uses expired poison many times and it still worked .

It depends on what poison it is, the form, and how the product has been treatred...exposure to water, sunlight, etc. It is still most likely lethal to plants or animals, but the strength can be very different.
Be careful!!!
Get a hold of your county agent or poison control center, PLEASE!!!!
