I have two that top that, and in this order:
1. Casablanca - "Louie, I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship..." - Rick.
2. The Godfather - "Kate. I am going to let you ask me about my business once. Only one time." - Micheal. (Mind you. the whole scene here is a perfect ending, not just a one liner.)
But Casablanca is the epitome of quotable lines, memorable scenes, beginnings and endings all rolled into one.
