This needs the distributive property. The 5 outside parentheses gets multiplied by both things inside, as does the -2.
25x - 10 - 10x - 14
Then combine like terms: 25x - 10x = 15x; -10 - 14 = -24
Answer: 15x - 24
If needed, you can now use the distributive property in the reverse order to put a 3 outside parentheses, since 3 is the greatest common factor of 15 and 24:
3(5x - 8)

Distribute the 5 through the 5x-2, and the 2 through the 5x+7. You get
25x-10-10x-14.
Now collect terms with the same powers of x:
(25x-10x)-(10+14)
which becomes
15x-24.

THis can be done simply
using distribute law do the multiplication
first multipliaction 5(5x-2) = 5*5x - 5*2 = 25x -10
then next muiplication = 2(5x+7) = 2*5x+2* 7 = 10x+14
so expression = 25x-10-(10x+14)
= 25x -10 - 10x - 14 (neagting each term)
= 25x - 10x - 10 -14 (putting x terms and constants together)
= 15x -24 ( 25x-10x = 15x and -10-14 = - 24)

Do it simply:
Take these terms first(Group them in to two):
{5(5x-2)} - {2(5x+7)}
Solve the two groups by simple multiplication:
For first group multiply 5 with 5x and then with -2
For the second group multiply 2 with 5x and 7
{25x-10} - {10x+14}
Open the brackets:
25x-10-10x-14
(Here minus gets multiplied with 10x and 14) and you must be knowing that minus when multiplies with plus gives minus.
Take the like terms together and solve it :
25x-10x-10-14
=15x-24 (Here 25x-10x gives 15x and -10-14 gives -24)

mutiply 5 by 5x then multiply 5 by -2 and then subtract from the multiplication of -2 times 5x and -2 times 7. u will get 25x -10-10x+14. then 25x - 10x - 10+ 14. then u will get 15x + 4. if the equation is equal to zero. say 15x + 4=0, 15x= -4, x=-4/15

25X-10 - 10X-14 =15X - 24
Multiply the number outside the parenthesis X what's inside the parenthesis
remember that when you multiply (+) x (-) = negative number
then group the numbers with x -> 25x-10x =15x
and group the numbers -> -10-14=-24 (add the two negative numbers and the result is negative)

you multiply 5 with both 5x and -2
so it would be like this : 25x-10
the second one, multiply -2 by 5x and 7
so the result will be : -10x-14
next, you have to combine both of them by adding the number...
= 25x-10+(-10x)+14
= 25x-10-10x+14
= 25x-10x-10+14
= 15x+4
the final result is 15x+4
