tell him if you dont and later he finds out u gave him a disease from this other guy hes gonna hate you besides that u should always be honest in a relationship if your not u dont really love him in the first place for cheating on him!

If you cared so much, you wouldnt have done it, but thats neither here nor there now.
Dont tell him. If it bothers you because you feel guilty, suck it up. It isnt right that you tell him to make yourself feel better. At this point, you deserve a little discomfort.

If I were in his shoes, I would appreciate your saying it honestly.
Of course, I would be upset and put some distance from you.
Most importantly, ask yourself if it bothers you to keep it quiet.
If it does, make a confession about it.
At this point, I doubt if you really "love" him.

If you loved your boyfriend, you wouldn't have cheated on him. If you can live with what you've done, don't tell him. If it is bothering you what you did, you need to come clean and tell him what you did.

well you should tlk to him, if you love him like you say you do then tell him the truth, and if he loves you then he will understand, tell him your sorry, and that you love him, and if that dosnt work than you choosed the wrong man to cheat on....

well if you tell him then he is going to dump you ,,,,so dont tel him anything,,, you know how people say that if he loves you he will stay with you but there is no such thing as that..... if he does stay with you after you told him then is not goin to be the same,,,
