Hey. Any kind of tips will suffice. I want to know how to add cool video effects and what kind of video effects are best for what. It would be nice if someone could give me just a few pointers. It just seems so drab watching the video with music in the backround. I've learned how to fade scence using a negative dissovle and that looked cool. Anything like that would be nice. Especially pertaning to the video effects. Thanks.

I have never used sony vega. If you are interested in something easy to learn and very easy to use, then i would suggest trying Imovie from Mac. I used this in my high school video production classes. Then I moved up and started learning Final Cut Pro which is a pro program but can be learned using the simple tutorials in the program.
