Not much, as long as I don't get any early morning (as in waking me from a sound sleep) phone calls with a crisis - I'm usually good.

To have a good day I need to see someone I love whether that be a friend or a family member, someone who makes me smile, and I just need to be able to relax and actually enjoy the day.

if everything goes right... for example... my hair comes out great.. and I'm having a good skin day... if there's not all that much traffic on the way to work... if i don't encounter rude people... if someone or something makes me laugh real hard for a good ten to fifteen minutes... little things i guess
