the san antonio spurs

duncan will be healthy, bruce bowen has a score to settle after being knocked off the team usa roster, tony parker is finally single so he can focus on something more important. manu ginobilli is healthy after is worlds performance and he just like bowen is pissed. the spurs will take the chip home again.
miami is aging. d wade is the only young buck. shaq isn't as dominant as he used to be, walker, payton, williams, etc are all pusing 30+.
andi ts official; alonzo mouring is the new shawn bradley for the upcoming season. the number of times he's gotten dunk on by numerous players last year was unbelieveable. everyone on the opposing team owns Zo. lol.

Detroit

One reason... they now have a complete team even with Ben gone with the replacement Nazr Mohammed
Now they can make more free-throws in and the have a Great back-up for Rip and Chauncey...Ronald aka Flip Murray

They also got a 7-1 center and a decent rookie in the draft

I have to say, something deep in me says that the Suns, Heat and Mavs are going to deal with injuries all year...especially the Suns and Heat. That said, I like the Spurs and Bulls to go at it for the title...and the Bulls could very well pull it out!

Lebron and the CAVS baby! they've made some off season moves to strengthen their interior game by adding pollard as well as bring in a point guard who will offer more of a scoring threat with david wesley.
