I love the rain and songs about rain. How many can you think of, off the top of your head, with the word rain in the title?

Oh and if you use a search engine, it'll be very obvious. So don't even try it. Thanks!

When the rain comes by Third Day
When the rain comes
It seems like everyone is gone away
When the night falls
You wonder if you shouldn't find some place
to run and hide
escape the pain
hiding is such a lonely thing to do
>>Chorus< From falling down on you again
I can't stop the rain
But I will hold you till it goes away

When the rain comes you blame it on the things you have done
When the storm fades you know the rain must fall on everyone
so rest a while
it'll be alright
no one loves you like I do
>>Chorus 2xs<<

when the rain comes
I will hold you

My "rain" is older than most, I fear.

1. Weathergirls' "It's Raining Men"
2. Ex-Spice Girl Remake of #1 (used in Bridget Jones' Diary)
3. Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head
4. Prince's Purple Rain
5. Stormy Weather
6. Lena Horne's rendition of "Misty"
7. "Don't Rain on My Parade"
8. "Dancing in the Rain" (the 40s Broadway version)
9. the Broadway "Rain man"
10. Broadway: Aquarius/Don't let the sun shine (from Hair)
11. Fifth Dimension remake of #11.
12. Shostakovitch's symphonic etude
13. Debussy's "Rain"
14. "When it's raining"
15. "Into each life, a little rain must fall"
16. "Golden Showers," soundtrack to 1970s Johnny Holmes' adult video
17. Broadway: "Rainmaker"
18. The Carpenters' "Rainy Days and Mondays"
19. Classical Chinese piece: "Rain"
20. Japanese pop song: "Ame ga futte'ru yo"

Ouch, and those are just off the top of my head.

Rain rain go away, Raindrops keep falling on my head, It's raining, it's pouring, the Itsy bitsy spider song has rain it but not in the title. That's all I can think of. Can you tell that I use to be a pre-school teacher. Oh there's also that Eddie Rabbit song Driving My life away. It has a verse in there about rain.
