If you want the whole suit then I think you'll struggle. Have a look on eBay, plenty of tweeds on there, although mainly jackets. Make sure the jacket collars are sensible though, they're the usual dead giveaway on 2nd hand suits, unless that was the look you were after?
If you had the money though, get yourself to Picadilly for London's finest.

It's a rather precise request and hard to guarantee, but try charity shops for something along those lines. I'm currently unemployed and can swear by them, though it can be very hit and miss; you just have to persevere - good luck.
