You've posted this question twice.

I really hope this isn't one of those silly time-wasting questions where you've already decided that life began on the third day of creation when God made the green plants. Whilst I respect religious beliefs I don't respect time wasters.

Nobody knows but we know that most of life's history involved the biochemical evolution of single-celled microorganisms. We find individual fossilized microbes in rocks 3.5 billion years old.
We can identify multicelled fossils only in rocks younger than 1 billion years.

Life begain the minute I got out of bed this morning and will end tonight when I go back to bed..........and then start again tomorrow when I get out of bed and end tomorrow when I go back to bed....And so on and so on! so don't fret it will all begin again!

If you mean "life on this planet" current estimates put it at 3.9 to 3.5 billion years ago. It is hard to be more accurate than that, as early organisms were very tiny, and geology and shifting continents did not really intend to preserve them well.
