The webbings look like a spider made them but they are really fine webbing, not like any spider webs i have ever seen. The webbing has all the leaves webbed together, not in a bunch, fanned out.

Oboy, Tonya, you have a spider mite infestation.

I'd suggest first washing/sponging the plant down with a solution of dishwashing soap to remove the webs. The actual mites are under the leaves. Turn the plant upside down, or if that is not possible, spray the tops and undersides of the leaves thoroughly with Safer's Insecticidal Soap. Repeat in a week or so to get new hatches. Watch it closely in case you need to repeat yet again. I dunno - this has become pretty severe - good luck!

I agree, it does sound like Spider Mites.
They LOVE hot dry conditions, so you need to provide more humidity by misting your plant often and even creating a pebble tray to sit your pot in that the pebbles will hold the bottom of the pot above the water that you will keep in the tray and that will evaporate and raise the humidity.
Wipe the leaves down and spray with an insecticidal soap. If you can haul the plant outside before it is too cold, you can also hose it down vigourously to get rid of as many as possible.

Could be spider mites. Teeny tiny little nasties. Look really close with a magnifying glass. They are about the size of a period on this page. Get Dysiston, sprinkle it around the base of the palm, water in. good luck
