What is Biofuel, can it be used to replace K1, kerosene?

Interesting enough, there was a story in the Daily Oklahoman a few weeks ago about this very thing. Seems the military is interested and a test was done recently with the AF in using biofuel with airplanes. Don't remember if it was a tanker a AWAC or what-- seemed to be a big one tho.
