It depends on what level of training you choose. You could go to a technical school to learn how to be a radiology tech. These persons will be trained on the proper method of taking x-rays, doing ultrasounds, etc. It is trickier than what most people think.
If you go to higher education like medical school, then you could train to be a Radiologist. These are M.D.'s who officially interpret radiologic studies. These include any kind of imaging studies (x-rays, MRI's, ultrasounds, etc.). Radiologists tend to have good work hours (9-5 mostly) and are one of the highest paid medical professions.
