I was told to leave my office one day. After 15 days they called me back. I was looking for a job that time and thought it better to explore. My ex-boss was in touch with me and asked me to come back. He communicated all this through sms. One day his wife called up my father and said that i should not come back, she also said a lot of other undesirable things. I could not understand why nor could my parents. My parents trust me completely in this matter. The wife of my ex-boss is unable to bear a second child and maybe had just vent out her frustration, this was the conclusion of my parents. Then one day my ex-boss's father asked me to come with my parents and meet him at Park Royal, we went, he asked me to forget everything and come back. I was not able to give him a response that time, i didn't know what to do? But that day my ex-Boss did not turn up with his father. Infact after his wife's outburst he stopped sending sms. Please advise me what to do?

If you can afford to stay unemployed , find another job. If you need the job bad go back, be careful and keep on looking for something batter.

The answer is in your statement. "Infact after his wife's outburst he stopped sending sms. Please advise me what to do?"

This can become on going thing.

Otherwise get a lawyer and have good re-employement agreement to join with a clean slate.

Hi!
Its better to make yourself and your boss clear about the kind of relationship you both have. (He should not have anything such as "personal relationships" in his mind).
If he has so, has then its better to quit the place and join a new job for you as the confusion will ultimately pay unhappiness among you all. But in any case its advisable to sit together, communicate and clear the confusions.

Never work with such monkey companies where you have 100 bosses. Just struggle little more and find the right one. Good luck.
