I'm a Cancer and he's a Gemini, any chance or just passion?

We are AMAZING together.. passionate and crazy about each other.
But I have read over and over about how bad a match we are and in the long run we just have passion.

are we compatable?

Geminis attraction to Cancer in the beginning could have been his/her stability and peace loving nature combined with domestic tendencies.
