Both, but mostly mental, because I deal with the public. I have to put up with a lot of different attitudes, including my own sometimes.

it should be physical but its mostly mental because most of the staff is "mental"

both i have to load up a cart and unpack boxes all day
and i have to know what the floors need and that is all mental(memorizing)...
