id love to know! maybe we need to find someone who works as a disney character! i think the people in micky mouse suits are lucky cas they dont have to have a happy face all the time whereas people who are being aladdin or cinderalla have to smile all the time even on a bad day !

No or hed have craked Lips by the end of the day and also he doesn’t need to so he doesn’t bother hes probably inside the suit swearing at the birds and you for holding him up and cursing the weather.

I took a picture with Minnie once and my friends were cracking jokes and I heard the girl inside crack up laughing during our picture so i think she was smiling then.

I like to think so.
However, its a good question, and I have often wondered this myself, how they really truly see the person alongside them having their picture taken. Perhaps some one who has done this job will tell you, cant wait to find out!
