Well you know the best "I love you's" are not planned or fabricated. I think for your evening, try NOT to plan it all out. Just put yourself in the proper mind setting that you love him and want to tell him... It'll come naturally from there.. Believe me... my best moments with my fiancee cam out of spontaneuos moments. He proposed to me in the kitchen while we were cooking... I think that to me holds more value than a fancy overpriced restaurant.. because it has meaning... I think that if you simply act on instinct and emotions, then it'll be great regardless....

Try to go for a little walk after a normal date in the beach or park or maybe you can do a little star gazing. Just tell him how thankful you've always been for being in the most wonderful relationship of your life. Start with appreciation and the positive changes you've made since he came into your life.
Just the same, it will still be nicer if he tells you first so make the physical move for him to initiate of verbally saying it.

You should probably tell him at a time he is at most vulnerable; like after sex or while you are cuddling. This will be the best time to open up because you will both be feeling romantic and will probably be the most open about it. Just wait until the right time...

Oh my gawd. You should soooo totally go out to eat at the mall food court and maybe catch a movie ! You could hold hands halfway through and then afterwards tell him in the parking lot before your mom picks you up.

You can tell him however you want--it doesn't really have to be romantic.
This isn't like proposing. You aren't going to remember this for the rest of your life.
Go on a walk on a beach and tell it to him.
Tell it to him while you're kissing.
Play a game a scrabble and tell him.
You can tell him in the most mundane way and it will be great.
Don't go all out just to tell him that you love him. If he isn't ready to tell you that he loves you, you're going to feel left on a pole in front of a skunk.

Of course a romantic night, but one that don't involve alcohol....not a drop. Be absolutely serious, and tell him, and he'll know your being sincere and it's a moment that'll be remembered for a lifetime.......good luck!

it does not matter where u tell him if he loves you. the words are all that matter not where u r or what you do its the feeling you get when someone loves you that's all that matters

well you shud no if he shud wants to say it bak by wen he gets close to saying it he jerks but you cant let him do that you have to tell him "I LOVE YOU!!!" just say it he might just say it bak!!!
