I mean I've gone with doing it for an extensive amount of time, and I'm a brown skin male but the scrotum didn't turn blue. Does that only happen with fair-skinned or white men?

I'm light skinned and mine didn't. just a snazzy catch phrase really. if your berries do actually turn blue then I think there is something more serious going on that simply not being able to release.

This is also known as "Lovers Nuts". It occurs when you get "very" excited for an extended period of time without ejaculation. I believe this happens from the built up of sperm anticipating release. No.... your scrotum does not turn blue!!!!

Yes I have. It was like someone had taken the boys and just crunched them. No, they don't turn blue. I got it from getting REALLY excited once and no happy ending. The pain was with me for days.
