Christmas is the king of holidays. So much so that all you have to say is Happy Holiday and we all think of Christmas.

It lasts for 3 days. Christmas Eve there are parties and little crappy gifts we get from our aunts, then Christmas Day where we all get something great and go sit down to eat somewhere and talk about how much we are all loved by God, and the day after when we visit the family we don't really like as much but it is the holidays so we have to show up.

I love all the little things around Christmas. Like listening to funny parady Christmas songs (Walkin' 'round in Women's Underware) while we drive around looking at lights. Eating wonderful party dips and being allowed to get kinda drunk around Grandma. Staying up all night talking to your family you have not seen in a year.

Christmas is THE holiday. The rest are just paid days off.

I really have none anymore. Xmas used to be great but once the family has been split apart, things change and those wonderful feelings are no longer there.

Christmas is the most lonely and stressful time of the year. Why do we put ourselves through this year after year. I for one am happy when it's over.

All holidays simply mean some time off to rest and relax and perhaps spend it with family and friends.

Thanksgiving used to be my favorite holiday...all the good food and lots of leftovers to take home. Now that I have a child, I would say my favorite holiday is Christmas....seeing my son so excited Christmas morning and ripping into his presents from 'Santa' is great!

Halloween would be mine. For spirituality purposes and because it's fun. I

In the Pagan world, Halloween symbolizes the new year. And, you get to dress up and act a fool with having a perfectly good reason to do so. St. Patty's day would be my next, then the 4th of July.

Arbor Day. It is treemendous. Christmas of course. Columbus Day is big where I live. We all dress up like Spaniards and Carib indians and give each other the measles.

Memorial Day. The races begin. Summer is officially unofficially here. For those that are veterans, we remember. Then we drink beer.
